Reins prioritizes DPD for shipping across Europe. Although it may use a local carrier if appropriate. You will get an automatic tracking link as soon as we prepare your package for shipping.
Orders are being shipped from the Netherlands and delivery times vary depending on country and exact location. However, Reins.cc orders normally take anywhere from 1-10 business days to be delivered.
Please allow additional time for delivery to your chosen address.
For UK, Switzerland, Norway & USA: any additional costs, such as import VAT and (customs) clearance costs, will be borne by the Buyer.
Return- & exchange policy
Within 30 days from receipt you can easily return or exchange your items.
All returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging. Cleat installation on shoes, heat moulding or damage to any product will deem the return ineligible for refund/return.
The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods but we give an easy and cheaper option by using our Shipping Portal to create a return label.
If you have cheaper or easier solutions for you country, feel free to use them!
